AAU Buffalo Wings 12th Annual Halloween - Boys Take Home Some Metal
The boys' did well at the Buffalo Wings 12th Annual Halloween Invite. The boys training paid off as they brought home medals for the team. Nice job guys! The novice events were held in the morning and that part of the team did a spectacular job as well.

- Diving Fundamentals: the basic fundamentals are so important for developing a proficient diver and we work tirelessly to promote these skills.
- Cross Training: we provide opportunities for cross-training at our partner's gymnastics facility at The Victor's Gymnastics.
